Data Collection on Our Website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?

The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the legal notice of this website.

How do we collect your data and what do we use it for?

Personal data from you is only collected in the request form (see homepage menu). No new data is collected in our online shop, as only already registered customers with a customer number and password can place orders.

Data collection in our SHOP

In our shop, we only collect customer numbers, browser, and IP addresses. Primarily, article search queries in the left frame of the SHOP window are statistically processed.

Other data is automatically collected by our homepage provider “Ionos” when you visit the website. These are mainly technical data (e.g., internet browser, operating system, or time of page access). The collection of this data happens automatically as soon as you visit our website.

What rights do you have regarding your data?

You have the right at any time to obtain information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data free of charge. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. For this purpose, as well as for further questions about data protection, you can contact us at any time at the address provided in the legal notice. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Analysis Tools and Third-Party Tools

We do NOT use analysis services such as Google Analytics. We do not support web tracking, which is possible through such services.

We also do not use cloud services. All data is stored on servers in our house. This also applies to all backup media.

Liability for External Links

Our offer contains 2 links to the external websites of our parcel service providers UPS and DHL. On these pages, you can find information about the shipping status of your orders.

We have no influence on the content of these websites. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking.

However, a permanent content control of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. If we become aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
